Intelligent Futures was asked to develop the strategic planning process for the Town of Cochrane in early 2009. With the focus of building widespread ownership throughout the organization of nearly 200 employees, this process created a 3-year strategic plan to guide important decisions for the organization, including its 2010 business plans.
The final Town of Cochrane Strategic Plan was completed in May 2009 and is available for download.
