Intelligent Futures again worked with the Town of Cochrane to develop an updated Strategic Plan for the organization.  Building off of our work in 2009, our process focused on creating easy-to-use tools for strategic and business planning, continued alignment with the Cochrane Sustainability Plan and integrating measures into the annual strategic planning process.  An additional key result of this process was the development of an internal, cross-corporate sustainability team.
