John Lewis – a LEAD Canada Board member and member of the LEAD international training team — was recently asked to assist with the LEAD International strategic planning process. As part of this process, John helped to engage the LEAD Fellows Network – a network of over 2200 individuals in over 90 countries — to gauge where Fellows felt the strengths and opportunities for LEAD were.  This feedback has been a key input into the development of the LEAD International strategic plan.
