Jay leads Intelligent Futures’ research practice, building on his knowledge base of design, data analysis, systems thinking, and spatial planning. With an undergraduate degree in civil engineering and a graduate degree in urban planning, Jay contributes research, analysis and design skills to challenges as diverse as climate change, urban agriculture, affordable housing, and social well-being.
